Acai bowls always looked more complicated than they actually are. This one took a few tries to get the ratio right — thick enough to eat with a spoon, not so frozen it fights you. Full walkthrough’s below.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 acai packet (Camille uses the multi-pack from Costco — not sponsored, she just likes it)
- 1/2 frozen banana, plus more sliced for topping
- 1 tablespoon water
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh cut pineapple
- Natural peanut butter or almond butter
- Natural maple syrup
- Granola (a keto granola here, but regular works just as well)
How to Make It:
Add the acai packet, half a frozen banana, and a tablespoon of water to the blender. Blend until completely smooth — no chunks left.
Pour it into a bowl, then top with your sliced banana, blueberries, and pineapple. Drizzle with peanut butter or almond butter, add a little maple syrup, and finish with a scoop of granola.

That’s it. A genuinely delicious acai bowl, no fuss required.
